Welcome to J&R Quality Home Inspections, owned and operated by licensed inspector Ronnie DeLuca. We provide home inspection services for buyers and sellers with all levels of experience, and we especially enjoy working with first-time home buyers.

The homebuying process can feel overwhelming, especially when you don’t know what information to trust or prioritize. We have been involved with all aspects of the building, real estate, and home inspection industries since 1978, and there is nothing we love more than using our experience and knowledge to teach buyers about the joys and responsibilities of home purchase and ownership.

At J&R Quality Inspections, we believe that every home and client deserves our undivided attention. To offer the very best service possible, we only schedule one inspection a day. This allows us to be incredibly thorough as we inspect the home for the damages and defects you depend on us to find.

We never look at our watch during our inspections and spend as much time as is needed to go through every area of the home we can possibly fit into. We inspect your home no differently than we would inspect the homes of our own family members.

Reports Delivered Anywhere in the World

Within 24 Hours

We generate high-quality and password-protected reports using HomeGauge Software. These reports are emailed anywhere in the world that our clients request within just 24 hours after we leave the property. Upon receiving your report, you will have access to in-depth and easy-to-understand information about the home along with detailed photographs and videos to help you understand the issues we found. You will also have access to the CRL™ (Create Request List™) tool, which helps you assemble a list of requested repairs for the home directly from the report itself.
